4. Additional Costs & Payment Terms

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required at check-in for all room types. This deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

Payment Schedule

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month
  • A 3-day grace period is provided (until the 3rd of the month)
  • Late payments incur a 5% daily penalty after the grace period
  • Failure to pay rent for more than 15 days may result in eviction

Special Discounts

  • Quarterly Payment (3 months): 5% discount on total amount
  • Bi-Annual Payment (6 months): 10% discount on total amount
  • Annual Payment (12 months): 15% discount + 2 free laundry services per month
  • Referral Program: Refer a friend and receive Rs. 1,000 credit on your next month's rent

Mess & Laundry Services

These services are available at additional cost:

  • Mess Facility: Rs. 6,000 per month (3 meals daily)
  • Laundry Service: Rs. 500 per week (2 washes) or Rs. 1,500 per month

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Are utilities included in the monthly rate?
Yes! All utilities including electricity, water, gas, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in your monthly rent. There are no additional charges for these services.
What is the minimum stay period?
The minimum stay period is 3 months for all room types. After the initial 3-month period, you can continue on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' notice required for vacating.
Can I change room types during my stay?
Yes, subject to availability. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your room type, please contact management at least 30 days before your desired change date. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments at our office, bank transfers to our designated account, and digital payments via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Please contact our accounts department for bank transfer details.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is fully refundable within 7-14 business days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or outstanding fees. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term stays?
Yes! We offer discounts for advance payments: 5% for quarterly payments (3 months), 10% for bi-annual payments (6 months), and 15% for annual payments (12 months). Annual payment also includes 2 free laundry services per month.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current residents will be grandfathered at existing rates for the duration of their current contract term. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
